Our autonomy attracts people worldwide, from the Dalai Lama to major representatives of European minorities. Our Slovakian guests who have recently visited our country for 10 days in March, got some theoretical input regarding the legal basis of our province at the Eurac Research Institute. Under the guidance of two political scientists, all of the 15 participants, partners of our Erasmus Plus exchange programme, were involved in a vivid debate on independence and decentralization.
